Chi (or Qi) is the unseen life force that is in us and around us. When chi is blocked, energy cannot flow throughout our intricate system. When we have an excess of chi it causes imbalances in our energy, health and vitality. As I increased my practice of Tai Chi &amp; QiGong, I found stability and increased energy.
